In the just ended ArabPlast 2025 which held in Dubai from Jan. 7~9th, ChenHsong machinery on show their new MK6 Pro series injection molding machine JM168 in production of crystal plate made from PS material at the cycle time of 12s.

As one of the best buy servo injection molding machine produced by ChenHsong machinery, JM168 is one of the best choice for the production of small and medium sized household products. In the exhibition ChenHsong choose to have the crystal plate free dropped from the mold, but to protect the plate from scratched during the free dropping, the better solutions is to have a robot to pick it from the injection molding machine and place it on a conveyor.

SW6308S-20 is a 3 axis servo injection molding robot designed for the injection molding machine with a clamping force from 80~250T. The payload of this robot is 3kg and is an economic solutions for the picking and placing of the parts. And the SW6 series injection robot has both single arms 3 axis servo configuration and double arms 5 axis servo robot configuration which can cover the injection molding machine with clamping force from 80~850T.
