Milacron Showcased Co-Injection Technology of 2 Cavities 20L IML Pails at NPE 2024
NPE 2024, Milacron on show 2 cavities 20L pails side entry IML solution with co-injection technology by 1070 Ton injection molding machine with IML solutions provided by BECK.
The high lights of the system is two material 3 layors co-injection technology with will enable a use of up to 50% of re-cycled material. This technology will help to reduce the use of plastic and carbon release in the production of 20L pails. As the world leading injection mold manufacturer, the co-injection technology mold by mold master is the milestone of this system.
Unlike the Chinese will produce the 20L pails by a 650T injection molding machine with one cavity to reduce the machinery purchasing cost, the Milacron 1070T machine solution will provide the producer a more efficient solution of Pails production.
