SWITEK Automation New Icecream Cups Lids Auto-production Put in Use

SWITEK Automation launched its 24 cavities lids Delta Robot spoon feeding system for one of the best buy icecream brand YILI MUCHANG by the dairy products Giant YILY Group.

YILY MUCHANG is one of the most popular icecream products in China which has a unique design with its lids where there's a spoon hidden under the label of the lids. The new system designed by SWITEK perfectly integrated the 3 axis servo injection robot and the Delta robot of which is a perfect combination of the stability of the servo injection robot to do the picking of the lids and have the speed of the Delta Robot to put the spoons into the the lids. The packing machine will have the lids and spoon well sealed as an unit to be stacked well for carton loading. With minor amendment of the structure the spoons can be replaced by straws for the lids of Juice cups.
