The new all electric injection molding machine of Demag IntElect S 220 is designed for minimal environmental impact, the solution will maximize the material efficiency and ensure full recyclability by combining injection compression moulding and in-mould labeling (IML) in the production process. With the IML solution by the world leading IML Solution provider Competella Automation, it's no doubt one of the top IML lids production solution available in the market.

Anyway, an IML solution with Demag all electric injection molding machine and the Comptella IML Robot, it would be truely a challenge in the production cost to the package producers.
