In the on going K-show 2025, Yizumi, one of the leading manufacturer of injection molding machine machine manufacturer from China, on showed turn-key solution of IML for the production of IML soft tubes for cosmetic, attracted the attention of the visitors of K 2025 from around the world.
As the only IML solution for the production of soft tubes for cosmetic, the YIZUMI solution provide an IML solution for the production of ultra thin-wall package with deep cavities. This system represented a break through in the material (Material for the ultra thin-wall soft tubes); IML Label (Ultra thin-wall IML label produced by the world renowned IML label producer MCC); Mold making (Deep cavities injection mould for ultra thin-wall containers) and IML labeling (The IML labeling technology for ultra thin-wall deep cavitites containers). The new IML solution provided a provide a price smart packaging solution for the cosmetic producers around the world.
With compact design, the IML system will insert the label and pick the parts synchronous to ensure the output of the IML tubes. And to prevent the demage of the mandral by a tube sticked to the mold, a mold monitor is installed which will give an alarm for any unsuccessful ejecting of the IML tubes. With a cycle time of 15s, the system will produce up to around 45,000 pcs of high quality IML tubes for cosmetic.
