The microcellular injection technology is a technology of injection molding by injecting Co2 during plastic injection to produce a cellular structure to reduce the weight of the parts but maintence or even enhance the strength of the parts. It's originally introduced into the production of the automotive parts to reduce the use of the material and increace capability of shork absorption. By introduce this technology to the production of the cups it'll help to reduce the heat transmission of the hot drinks.
Established in 1997, acmeplas is one of the earliest distributors of injection molding machinery in China and started the manufacturing of IML robot around 2013 designated to provide customers with a turn-key solutions of injection molding.
