Different from the traditional PVC pipe fittings injection molding solutions to have the PVC pipe fittings seperated from the runner with air nippers outside the mold, the new solution is to have a submarine gate mold design of which the PVC pipe fittings would be seperated from the runner immediately after mold opening.
The EOAT of the robotic arms designed for the new solution is also different from the traditional parts clipping but a hopper to collect the pipe fittings ejected and cliper only for the runner picking. The air nipper outside is only for the purpose of cutting the runner samller for a faster recycling of the pipe fittings runners.
