The configuration of the SWITEK coffee cup's caps picking and press system include a high speed 3 axis servo picking robot, a working station for blocker press. The working process of the automation system is that the robotic arm pick the caps from the injection molding machine and place them on the working station, the cylinders have the blockers press fit to the caps, another gantry robotic arm will pick the caps and have them stacked on the conveyor for packing.
