The Q-Accupack 280 is a high speed toggle injection molding machine designed for the exceptional packaging performance by Micron with a clamping force of 2800kN and an injection rate up to 1672cc/sec. Have the machine base height reduced, the Q-Accupack 280 provides better toggle kinematics during high speed molding. The 3 way part drop provides better access to the molded parts. The Q-Accupack 280 also provide smooth mold opening and closing cycles with heavy molds and at high speed. The platen support has been made stronger with 20% less deflection in the part drop area, which will help to reduce dry cycle time and enhance productivity.
