The N290JD is a high speed injection molding machine for thin-wall containers manufactured by Ningbo Ongo Precision Machinery Co., ltd. with clamping force 2900kN and an injection rate up to 566g/s. The space between the tie-bars of ONGO N290JD is 580 x 580mm and is suitable for the production of snack box up to 1250 x 1750mm with a 2 cavities mould layout design.

Designed for the thin-wall containers, the ONGO N290 high speed injection moldign machine has below features for the fast injection molding of the IML Yogurt cups:

  • Special injection piston rod design with a better force balance, will prolong the life of the oil seal and reduce the resistance and the amount of oil returned during high speed injection.
  • Parallel movement and high-speed/low pressure injection movement will reduce the cycle time for thin-wall containers injection molding.
  • The linear guide will help to reduce the friction of the injection unit during high speed movement and reduce the injection cycle time.
