Sumitomo Demag on show EI-Exis SP420-2500 Hybrid injection molding machine with turn-key solution of recycled PET container IML production at PlastImagen 2025 of which the IML solutions provided by StackTeck automation.

The EI-Exis series of injection molding machine is the Ultra-High-Speed Hybrid injection molding machine manufacturered by Sumitomo(SHI) Demag. Of which with the intelligent drive system knows no compromises betweeen maximum performance and minimum energy consumption, the EI-Exis series of Hybrid injection molding machine is the most advanced and fastest injection molding machine on the machine for the high speed production of thin-wall IML packages.

    The detailed functional units of the testing tubes collecting sysstem:
  • (1) Box Loading Robot: Pick the sorted testing tubes and load them in the box.
  • (2) Testing Tubes Receiving Arm: Receive the testing tubes from the picking arm (6).
