    The detailed functional units of the testing tubes collecting sysstem:
  • (1) Box Loading Robot: Pick the sorted testing tubes and load them in the box.
  • (2) Testing Tubes Receiving Arm: Receive the testing tubes from the picking arm (6).
  • (3) & (5) Box Sliding Conveyor: Have the tubes collecting box moved to the right position to be loaded.
  • (6) Testing Tubes Picking Arm: To pick the testing tubes from the injection molding machine.
  • (7) Testing Tubes Collecting Station: The testing tubes receiving robot will drop the testing tubes here to be slided down to be sorted for box loading.
  • (8) Testing Tubes Sliding Tubes: To protect the testing tubes from scratching in dropping.
