2 Cavities PVC Elbow Pipe Fittings Robotic Arm Picking and Runner Cutting Solution

The video on show is a solution of 2 cavities φ63mm PVC elbow pipe fittings injection molding with the parts picking by SWITEK SW6712S three axis servo injection robot. The robotic arm is designed for injection molding machine with clamping force 3,000~5,500kN with a payload up to 8kg. The combination of SWITEK S6712S and one air nipper for runner cutting is an economic solutions of the PVC pipe fittings production.

For the new PVC pipe fittings project a trend is to have an injection mould with submarine gate of which the runners would be seperated from the PVC pipe fittings automatically in mold. This solution will better ensure the quality of runner cutting and SW6712S can still be the picking robotic arm of the PVC pipe fittings.
