Designed for the high speed injection molding of the thin-wall containers, the clamping toggle of the WELLTEC 293SEc/e high speed injection molding machine are optimized to follow high-speed motion curve, and reduce stress for mould open/close which avoids damaging the toggle. And renowned brands hydraulic components are used to ensure high repeatability in mould open/close position accuracy of ±0.15mm. SWITEK 4 Cavities Cheese Box Side Entry IML Solution

The 250g cheese boxes in production is a novelty designed IML cheese box which has a wave shaped looking. It's an IML project for the Afric market with size of 250g, 500g and 1kg, 6 sets of magazines and EOAT sets to be interchangeable among different IML robotic arms. To make the interchange of the magazines and EOAT sets possible, the buyer of the IML system will have the same injection molding machine to produce the different size box but 4 cavities mold design for the 250g box but 2 cavities mold design for the 500g and 1kg box.

The IML robot for the project is the SW8 series of high speed IML robot of which is an universal IML robot for the IML production of small and medium size thin-wall containers. With a modular design, it's easy to have a fast replacement of the magazines and EOAT sets for different moulds, which is a price smart solution for small and medium size producers of IML containers or new products marketing, which will have many trial orders to be produced by the same IML robot.

    The detailed functional units of the testing tubes collecting sysstem:
  • (1) Box Loading Robot: Pick the sorted testing tubes and load them in the box.
  • (2) Testing Tubes Receiving Arm: Receive the testing tubes from the picking arm (6).
  • (3) & (5) Box Sliding Conveyor: Have the tubes collecting box moved to the right position to be loaded.
